We require a $100 deposit when scheduling an appointment for our fractional CO2 laser therapy. The CO2 laser offers the benefits of Fraxel and ablative treatments simultaneously. We apply the deposit directly to the cost of the procedure. Missing an appointment, or cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment results in a forfeiture of the deposit. We understand unforeseen circumstances and illnesses, however, and will make concessions when warranted. 

SkinMedica is our scientifically-developed skin care product line. We love the product. ​In the event that you are not satisfied with SkinMedica and are unable to use one of the products, it can be returned (unopened) for a refund within 14 days from date of purchase. Opened products may be returned to us within 21 days of purchase for a credit in our clinic.

​Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time for check-in and confirmation of procedure. Arriving late may interrupt your service and the services of those who follow after you.

​We adhere to HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) practices and will not discuss client treatments with any other clients or family members. To ensure your full privacy, our staff may periodically ask you to verify specific information such as birthdate, phone number or address.

Gratuities: The best tip we can receive is your repeat business and referrals. However, if you are exceptionally happy with the service you received during your visit, our providers do accept tips.
